All plans are a 12-month commitment — see details below.
Minimum 3 vehicles, maximum 25 vehicles.
Location: Subscriptions are available in Victoria, Oak Bay, Saanich, North Saanich, Langford, and Shawnigan Lake.
Commitment: All fleet maintenance plans are recurring payment plans charged to your company credit card, beginning on the day you sign up. Each plan is a one-calendar-year commitment.
If you need to end your service before the calendar year is complete, a one-time fee covering the remaining months will apply. This protects the scheduling and resources we dedicate to your fleet.
By signing up, you confirm your agreement to the 12-month commitment.
Tax Benefits: Vehicle maintenance and detailing for commercial fleets is generally a deductible business expense in Canada. Keeping your fleet clean and maintained may be claimable as part of your vehicle operating costs. We recommend speaking with your accountant or tax advisor to confirm how fleet detailing expenses can be applied to your specific business structure.
We’re happy to provide invoices and service records to support your expense documentation.

1 Sign Up Your Fleet —Choose your plan above and sign up with a minimum of 3 vehicles. Your plan begins immediately on your sign-up date.
2 We Build Your Schedule —We’ll coordinate with you to find the most convenient times for your vehicles. Outdoor detailing is scheduled during daylight hours. If you have an indoor space available, we can accommodate any time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
3 We Come to You — Our mobile team arrives on-site to service your vehicles — no dropping off, no waiting, no hassle. On-site water and power is ideal, but we can supply water and power if needed for up to 2 fleet vehicles with our mobile setup.

Refunds/Cancellations: If Fig’s Mobile Detailing fails to execute the entirety of the service, a partial or full refund may be available on a case by case basis. If the customer fails to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with a minimum of 24 hours notice, the payment and appointment are forfeited by the customer in full. If this is not met, the customer does not qualify for partial payment refund.
This refund is reimbursed in 5-7 business days after the claim has been successfully assessed by a member of Fig’s Mobile Detailing.
